Where do we work?
Ento’s Melbourne team works out of the historic Brymay Hall building (part of the Bryant & May match factory complex) in Cremorne, approximately 4km from Melbourne CBD. Brymay Hall offers the Ento team access to well-appointed kitchens, bathrooms, multiple communal areas, and loads of natural light. There’s access to a fully-plumbed 3 phase coffee machine – but if you prefer to have your coffee made for you, we’re just a short walk to some of Melbourne’s best cafes.
Our fast-growing Sydney team has set up shop in Spaces, a coworking space in Surry Hills. In our private space, you’ll sit alongside members of our Talent Acquisition, Sales and Technical Solutions teams and have everything you need to be well-fuelled (read: snacks and drinks aplenty!). You’ll also have access to shared meeting rooms and public spaces – including a coffee & sandwich bar.

We never stop learning & we each have 20 hrs of leave per year to focus on our growth, alongside a budget to fund courses, conferences or training.

Mac or PC? Mechanical or the smallest keyboard you can get your hands on? The choice is yours. We’ll make sure you’ve got the tools you need to do your job.
Wellness Allowance
We each have an allowance of $500 per year to proactively support wellness. From sports gear & instruments to mindfulness apps – whatever works for you!

We’re serious about work/life balance and believe no one should ever feel they have to be putting in additional hours. We’ll rebalance workloads, retrain, or reallocate responsibilities until we find that balance.
